Seeds that refuse to link

I don't know if it is my computer or tech difficulties here on the Vine. At any rate, I am unable to get seeds to link. These two are definitely worth the time and effort to make them available for your perusal. This one below is the petition I started two days ago. We are needing 39 more signatures. So, please sign if you so choose!

I'm not Sure, but the first link goes to unable to open webpage, error..The second is a blog and links to facebook. Which I have no idea how to link with. If the websites have a Share and NewsVine isn't on it then I know how to link , and I am sure that someone on the Vine knows how to do it. Sorry I will clip to Computers & Internet group, maybe someone there will see this and help you out. :)

a suggestion ...the NV has a how to seed article in Help too. There are also NV Guides if you hook up with one of them.

Then there are articles that have been written by other members. in the NV search I would type, links don't work... as a first search combo to use and then any combination that would work for finding articles about links. I might specify what year too 2010 would be a good place to start.

If you don't find anything there, there's always web search. Which is a lotta work and research to find an answer. I'll help you out on the web search now and you can start with the NV one. :) Oh and there is a How to group here on the NV so I'll clip to that one too. I forgot about it sorry

well, I got lucky Widipedia has a start article on their website...:)

Aren't we all :) ...and there's going to be a New NV in the future, possibly as soon as next year. It's should be a whole lot easier to use too.

Hey, guys thanks for all the tips. I've had trouble sometimes linking articles, and sometimes give up in frustration. I, too, and a non-techie grandma, but determined to learn. Again thanks. LOL

I see no connection between the second link and Facebook. It is the "contract" page on

MikeBravo, you are correct, the first link cooperated with the facebook end. The second one is a totally different site which you accurately named here.

I thank you immensely for looking into this. You are obviously more savvy than me. I would love to pick your brain on the subject. Thanks again. Very kind of you!

    Same thing happened to me and after an hour of horsing around w/ seeding a link, i gave up!!!

    this happened yesterday and then I finally deleted the seed two times mind you because it didn't work properly, but i'm not too techy anyways, or saavy for that matter, really i'm just learning along the way!!
